All NEW!! Firemagic, the maker of premium stainless steel gas and charcoal grills, has now made available the ultimate all stainless steel smoker. This is truly a commercial grade, high capacity, all the bells and whistles, hi-tech smoker. There is plenty of room (up to five trays for food) for smoking all of your favorite foods
with either your favorite flazored wood or charcoal. There are dual top smoke stacks, with an air intake near the bottom of the heat chamber that allow for precise temperature control. To enhance the accuracy of your smoking experience there is a digital thermometer and meat probe. The door is insulated with a very tight, adjustable seal. Please select with or without the base.
